SunTech: Continuation of business under a new name

The company Green Energy 360 d.o.o. Beograd now operates under a new name – SunTech d.o.o. Beograd. This change has been carried out in accordance with the Law on Companies of the Republic of Serbia and entails the establishment of a new legal entity with the same registered office, ownership, and management structure.

What does this change mean for our clients and partners?

• No disruption to operations – all projects and services continue without interruption.
• All contracts and obligations remain valid – rights and obligations are fully transferred to SunTech d.o.o.
• No changes in cooperation – partnerships remain unchanged, with continuous development and improvement of new solutions.
